SCAM and FRAUD! Placed an order and paid 2nd Day shipping. I was given a false tracking number. No updated information from USPS. Emailed but no reply, 1 888 number busy....Searched online and facebook had a number called and a man answered and claimed my package was lost in transit and I will receive a refund plus a discount. I told him this company is fraud and I should have been smarter and read the reviews first before I placed my order. It’s the same old thing that seems to have happened with other customers. I also told him I will be reporting this company to BBB. I was sent an email with a transaction ID. This company needs to be shut down and should not be operational on shoppers expense.
