I witnessed the staff refusing a girl to use the restroom if she wasn't washing there. She does sometimes and said she would never come back to wash. I don't blame her. They don't fix their machines and the guy doesn't do anything to help if a machine breaks down. He tried to get me to put more money in the machine when it wasn't working, no way!
